Harmony Sinfonia is a wonderful local orchestra providing music to the community. On Saturday 21st March, we’re performing the next in our concert series: Harmony Sinfonia Presents 'Nordic Lights', a celebration of our Nordic composers, Grieg and Sibelius. We'll be playing:

Under-18s can come for free and don’t require a ticket. There'll be reserved rows at the front for kids with adults, first-come-first-served. The 6pm concert start time makes it excellent for families interested in live music. There’ll be refreshments available at the interval and we finish around 8pm. ​​

We're looking for a new permanent Conductor
Applications are invited for the position of Music Director and Conductor of Harmony Sinfonia. We're looking for a dynamic and engaging individual to join us from the summer term 2026 to build on the success of this well-established community orchestra. The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire colleagues and, working in close collaboration with our leader, further improve the creative standards of the orchestra.

Harmony Sinfonia is looking for a concert sponsor. We’d like to meet a local business that shares our desire to champion music from more modern and diverse composers, including film music, to audiences in Blackheath and Lewisham. Performing this repertoire is usually out of reach for us, due to high music-hire prices.

Harmony Sinfonia is a wonderful local orchestra, based in south-east London, and we're looking for new players!​ 🎻 Violins, violas, cellos and double basses, we're especially keen to have you along.

Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings at the beautiful St. Margaret's Church, Blackheath, SE13 5DL – car parking available and good transport links from Lewisham and Blackheath.
